Gay Therapist & Counselor for Gay Men

I don’t just offer therapy. I offer support for gay men who want someone who gets it. And who’s already done the work.

I work with gay men who are tired of feel stuck.

Tired of shrinking themselves to fit.
Tired of hookups that feel empty.
Tired of chasing approval from people who still don’t see them.

Growing up gay often means learning to adapt: hide what’s real, keep things light, never take up too much space. That survival strategy? It doesn’t just vanish once you come out. It sticks. It shows up in love, work, sex, even how you speak to yourself.

I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe you’ve been surviving—and I know what that takes.
But therapy isn’t about just surviving. It’s about figuring out who you are underneath all that noise—and finally giving that part of you a voice.

As a gay therapist, I bring lived experience to this work.
I’ve done the unlearning. I’ve sat with the silence, the shame, the deep hunger to feel like enough.
And I help other gay men do the same—at their own pace, in their own way.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming home to yourself.

This is the work I do with gay men — every day:

  • Rebuild confidence after years of hiding, performing, or feeling “not enough”

  • Break relationship patterns—ghosting, chasing, shutting down — and learn to connect for real

  • Let go of people-pleasing and start putting your needs first, without guilt

  • Heal the deep stuff: shame, rejection, family wounds, or growing up where you couldn’t be you

  • Face anxiety, depression, or burnout that’s been quietly running the show

  • Explore sex, desire, and intimacy — without shame, pressure, or pretending

  • Get honest about porn, substances, or hookup fatigue — no judgment, just clarity

What happens when therapy finally feels like home.
Real stories from gay men who stopped performing and started healing.

  • Before working with Gino, I thought I was confident—but I was just performing. Our sessions helped me connect with a part of myself I’d shut down years ago. I don’t need to prove myself anymore just to feel worthy.

    Thomas*, 42

  • I used to either chase unavailable guys or shut down completely. Gino helped me understand where that came from—and now I’m finally showing up in relationships without fear or games.

    Michael*, 32

  • I’ve had anxiety for years, but therapy with Gino made me realize I wasn’t just anxious—I was lonely in a way I hadn’t admitted. He helped me feel less alone in who I am, not just what I feel.

    Jay*, 28

  • Growing up religious, I carried so much shame about being gay. Gino helped me untangle that without judgment. For the first time, I feel like I can hold my identity without conflict.
