Therapy for Gay Men Held Online

If you’ve spent years trying to make sense of it, you’re not imagining it.

The anxiety that won’t quiet down.
The same relationship patterns repeating.
The loneliness that shows up even when life looks “fine.”

Maybe it looks like burnout, self-doubt, or emotional numbness.
Maybe it’s just that quiet internal sentence: “Something isn’t working.”

This is therapy for gay men who are done performing okay.

Start here: complete the inquiry form, and I’ll reply within 24–36 hours.

Fee: €145 per 50-minute session.

Most gay men were never taught how to feel safe in who they are, emotionally, sexually, or relationally.

We learned to adapt, perform, and stay “strong,” even when we were falling apart inside. That’s where our work begins.

I help gay men make sense of the patterns underneath how they think, love, and cope, so they can finally feel at home in themselves.

Therapy that actually sees you

This is a good fit if you’re dealing with:

  • anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion

  • low self-esteem or relentless self-criticism

  • relationship stress, breakups, or avoidance patterns

  • loneliness and disconnection

  • boundaries, identity, or belonging

Licensed therapist. Registered with BACP, NCPS, and HPCSA.

What to expect

Our sessions are not about “fixing” you.

They’re about understanding you, without judgement, and getting honest about what your nervous system learned to do to survive.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • the early experiences that shaped how you connect and protect yourself

  • the coping patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck

  • the emotional skills you need to create real peace, not perform it

This is therapy designed for gay men who think deeply, feel deeply, and are ready for genuine change.

How we’ll approach the work

In the first few sessions after your initial intake session, we build a shared understanding.

We look at what led you to seek support, what’s been happening beneath the surface, and what you want to shift. This is where we map the work together.

From there, we move into open-ended psychotherapy. We keep checking in about how the work is landing.

I create space for deeper exploration, while also offering support you can actually use in day-to-day life.

The focus is on developing steadiness and capacity, so the changes you’ve been circling can finally start to take shape.

Why therapy matters

Healing is not just about getting rid of pain.

It’s learning to live in a way that feels honest.

When you stop running from discomfort, things change:

  • your relationships become more real

  • your choices become more grounded

  • your confidence stops depending on who validates you

That’s not self-help talk.

That’s what happens when you finally make sense of your own story.
