Therapy for Gay Men Held Online
You’ve spent years trying to make sense of it…
the anxiety that won’t quiet down,
the relationship patterns that repeat,
the loneliness that sneaks in even when life looks “fine.”
Maybe it shows up as burnout, self-doubt, or emotional numbness.
Maybe it’s the quiet voice that says, “Something isn’t working.”
Therapy That Actually Sees You
Most gay men were never taught how to feel safe in who they are, emotionally, sexually, or relationally.
We learned to adapt, perform, and stay “strong,” even when we were falling apart inside.
That’s where our work begins.
I help gay men make sense of the invisible patterns that drive how they think, love, and cope, so they can finally feel at home in themselves.
Whether you’re navigating:
Anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion
Low self-esteem or self-criticism
Relationship stress or breakups
Loneliness and disconnection
Boundaries, identity, or belonging
…our sessions will give you a space to slow down, make sense of your emotions, and start living with more honesty and self-trust.
What To Expect
Our conversations aren’t about “fixing” you.
They’re about understanding you… deeply and without judgment.
Together, we’ll explore:
The early experiences that shaped how you connect and protect yourself
The coping patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck
The emotional skills you need to create real peace, not perform it
This is therapy designed for gay men who think deeply, feel deeply, and are ready for genuine change.
Why Therapy Matters
Because healing isn’t just about getting rid of pain.
It’s about learning to live in a way that feels honest.
When you stop running from discomfort, everything changes:
Your relationships become more real.
Your choices become more grounded.
Your confidence stops depending on who validates you.
That’s not self-help talk.
That’s what happens when you finally make sense of your own story.
How We’ll Approach This
In our first few sessions, we take time to build a shared understanding.
We look at what led you to seek support, what’s been happening beneath the surface, and what you want to shift.
This is where we begin to map the work together.
From there, we’ll explore open-ended psychotherapy. We’ll keep checking in about how the work is landing.
I’ll create space for deeper exploration while also offering support you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
The focus is on developing steadiness and capacity, so the changes you’ve been circling can finally start to take shape.
