Mentorship for Gay Men
(US/CA & Beyond)

Coaching and mentorship are for gay men who crave understanding, clarity, and confidence but don’t necessarily need clinical therapy.

If you’re reading this from the US or Canada (or anywhere outside of the EU/UK), you’re in the right place.

I combine my lived experience as a gay man with professional insight and training to help you tackle goal-focused challenges related to dating, career changes, boundaries, social life, sexual orientation, and more.

Sessions are not therapy; they’re strategic conversations that keep you accountable and grounded.

For EU/UK residents seeking therapy, please head over to my therapy page.

What Mentorship & Coaching Helps With

  • Build confidence in professional and social environments and show up authentically.

  • Develop meaningful dating strategies and relationship goals.

  • Set boundaries with family and friends who struggle with your identity.

  • Navigate social anxiety and minority stress.

  • Create accountability for career transitions, health, or lifestyle changes.

Mentorship & Coaching vs. Therapy

  • Therapy: Clinical, introspective work. Focuses on healing trauma, managing mental health, and understanding deep patterns. Available only in the EU/UK.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Non‑clinical, goal‑oriented support and understanding. Mentorship provides “I know what you’re going through” compassion. Coaching focuses on clarity, self‑leadership, and actionable steps. Available to clients outside the EU/UK.

Choosing the Right Support

If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, or other mental health concerns that significantly impact your well-being, psychotherapy with a licensed provider in your jurisdiction would be most appropriate.

Mentorship and coaching work best when you're seeking practical guidance, accountability, and support from someone with relevant lived experience.

Understanding these distinctions helps ensure you receive the most suitable support for your specific needs.
